I'll figure something out. I'm not just going to stop exercising. It has helped me so much in the last month. I have more motivation, and the fatigue isn't near as bad as it used to be.

Yea, all the Yoga stuff is now on Exercise TV. It really comes in handy. I guess you can just get DVDs from eBay maybe? I'm sure you'll be able to find some affordable ones there. Also maybe you might be able to find some things online and if you have a chord to connect your computer to your laptop then you can do it that way. I used to to that back in KS.

No, I don't have digital cable, which has the onDemand stuff. I just have basic that I plug right into the TV...so, no box. Unfortunately, I also don't have a Wii. But you've definitely got the right idea. If I had those things, I would do them too. Also, last time I had digital cable, I found some free Yoga stuff onDemand too!

I think I'm just going to try doing more indoor exercises until the summer's over and walk early in the morning if it's not too humid.

If I'm not mistaken, last time I was at the library, I noticed some exercise and yoga stuff on VHS that I can check out, so I'll try that too.

If you have any more ideas, please let me know.

As far as the exercise, do you have to have onDemand? I just discovered Exercise TV onDemand and it's wonderful! Also the Wii fit is a fun way to get fit. I have been using both since it's so hot here as well and I'd rather stay inside.

Oh yes! And I just love all his older stuff...Tiny Dancer...Your Song...Goodbye Yellow Brick Road. But when we hit the '80s, something happened and I didn't enjoy his songs as much anymore. But he's still a legend in my book.
